Plans, payments and refunds

Plans are billed monthly, starting the day you go live. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund everything you've paid in full. After that, you can cancel any time and you won't be billed again, but payments already made are not refunded or prorated. Your account stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
